If you like snooker and live sports that's your place! Also several Boxing time shows are hosted trough the years, good price still on beverage.
We came to watch Clinton Baptiste and tbh I wasn't impressed at all with the venue as it seemed really tired and the stage area really stunk of damp and mould. The staff serving the drinks during the interval seemed really disorganised and stressed.
Good for pool, snooker, beer Possibly food if the chef turns up
The best pool tables in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. You can book online or walk in if it's not too busy. Highly recommended.
Our son goes to the mixed martial arts gym on the upper floor. We poked our heads in expecting a complete dive bar being in the back of a more or less industrial park. We were wrong. Sure it’s a little rough around the edges but the staff is friends as well as the clientele. We have been back since and find the place just right. We went to a comedy show in the back that had its own bar. It was a great show but I think it was the last. We’ll keep going. It’s really the only pub anywhere near it that’s not a private club.
