Really tasty food, good selection of sandwiches and brunch options. The young chap who was working on Saturday was excellent and deserves full credit. Sadly the cafe needs to resolve issues with its kitchen extraction, the restaurant had a very heavy greasy smell and I left with my clothes stinking and had to make a quick stop at a fragrance shop to mask the smell until I could out everything in the washing machine. But of a shame as the food is very nice
What a lovely little spot! Popped for lunch with a freind mid week. Lush day to have the bi-folds open. Wonderful friendly and attentive service from the young man. And the food was delicious. Very fresh, tasty and great portion size. Would highly recommend!
Really nice bistro close to the centre of Harrogate but not overcrowded. The service was friendly and the choice of food very varied. I had Spaghetti Carbonara and it was freshly cooked, delicious and a perfect sized portion. We all had different pasta dishes and enjoyed them. Mine was complimented nicely with a bottle of Efes beer. Glad we chose this cafe from a huge number in the centre.
We went in for a quick lunch before leaving Harrogate. I am so glad I picked this cafe. The service was great. The lady was very kind and welcoming and let us order breakfast even when its past breakfast serving time. The food was exceptional. Big thank you to the chef. Unlike many British cafes, we can tell the dishes were made with love, fresh healthy ingredients, great presentation and delicious taste. The prices are very resonable. Too bad we dont live in Harrogate, but if we are ever going to visit again this cafe will be a must go for us. It was better than Bettys.
With such good reviews I was hopeful. But let down by the limited breakfast choices, the anaemic eggs, the poor flat white (it was a milky coffee) and the reduced quantities for the price. But lovely service from the waitress.
