As a regular customer at Pret, I find myself coming in for coffee almost everyday. The Pret in Harrogate is truly delightful, offering great coffee and beautifully presented food. I am always greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance. Staffs are vibrant and friendly, especially the manager, providing efficient and attentive service that enhances my visit even more. Their energy and dedication create a positive atmosphere that makes me feel valued as a customer.
Lovely but edited range of food. Friendly and helpful staff and service is quick even when they’re busy (which is often). As soon as the store opened I purchased a monthly subscription for £25 which is fantastic value for money. They’re still experiencing a few snags as a new store (but that’s not the store’s fault).
Pret sent me a gift card as compensation for a bad experience with their staff in London, Regents street. My partner and I used the card at Harrogate Pret and it’s been lovely. The food was served exactly as required including the coffee with oat milk. Chillers are full and well presented. The team absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Pret !
I come here quite often as I do like Pret and have been a regular customer for many many years. I was delighted when one opened in Harrogate but every time I visit I am struck by how dirty it is - probably the worst Pret I’ve ever visited. The tables are always covered in the remains of other people’s food, chairs always need to be wiped down, floor is never swept, walls as you go upstairs are dirty looking and have stains of liquid splashes on them. Please clean up your act Pret Harrogate, especially when your prices are the highest they’ve ever been. Your customers deserve a nicer environment.
Huge asset for Harrogate that Prêt has come to our town. All the hallmarks of Prêt quality are here. But it’s the regular staff who have made it such a pleasant environment. The manager exudes efficiency coupled with a genuine enthusiasm to create a warm welcoming environment. And her staff clearly like her and respond to her leadership
