I did order first time today, but I was so disappointment after delivery. I didn't get the small chips what we ordered and the roast pork choi mein was so chewing. When I called them, they offered free chips on my next order, but I never will order from them.
Ordered from here lastnight and it took 1 hour 20 to get here, and the place is 3 minutes drive away. Rang them when it got to an hour and she said he’ll be there any minute & I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Food was okay, the chicken satay doesn’t come how you’d think so I was very shocked. Nothing satay about it, it was more spicy liquid sauce, similar to sweet and sour but spicy - photo is below. I rang to politely complain and the woman was fairly rude when I told her it looks like an incorrect dish that’s been made. Chicken was slimy in the chow mein too. Only thing that was okay was the beef in OK sauce that my partner got. All dishes were packed with veg, a ton of onions & not much actual meat…Anyways, probs won’t come back unfortunately…
Used to go here years ago ended up stopping as they went rubbish. Started going again within in the last month as they changed hands back in 2023.. food spot on worth the money, fresh and big portions especially the boiled rice!
We used to come but stopped as the meals were awful started coming again in the last 3 weeks weve had 2 now and the food is good and nice and hot and staff are friendly
We've ordered a big meal tonight £35:10 taken out my bank , an when we rung to say will it much longer, we was told it's on its way 🙃 there now shut an when my husband got through to them they said they didn't know what he was on about, we even gave them the order number, but they were very very rude an just kept saying don't know what your on about, but when I called an said what we ordered, it was on its way..... Sooooo I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHINESE AT ALL, ( food might be nice) BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AN £35 an no food later how VERY VERY VERY RUDE
