So beautiful in every way Menu superb . Setting beautiful. Staff wonderful. Atmosphere perfect ! We are staying at a hotel nearby and this was a restaurant we found on Google as nearest to there. Looked good so we walked over . It's beautiful, the outside presents well and the interior doesn't disappoint. Spacious and I like the fact all the tables are set enough apart from each other. The atmosphere is just right and the menu is so good ! The food is superb , great portions and freshly cooked. The staff here are perfect , friendly while letting you get on with it , attentive and polite . All round 5 star visit . First time in Harrogate but we will return and visit Divino again . Highly recommend
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Divino Harrogate on New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic experience. The pizzas were excellent, with a perfectly cooked base and generous, fresh toppings that were full of flavour. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great place to spend NYE. What really stood out was how helpful and attentive the staff were — friendly, efficient, and happy to help despite how busy it was. Everything ran smoothly and we felt very well looked after. A great evening all round, and we would happily return.
Divinos is amazing really would recommend if you are visiting Harrogate! We went last Thursday only going in for cocktails and dessert but we enjoyed it so much we went back again the next night for dinner and the food is just incredible. Honestly the closest thing to real Italian food outside of Italy! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, we can’t wait to go back again. Also great range of gluten free options available!
I booked online where I was asked to provide credit card details to confirm the booking (fair enough) however even though this was processed by my bank, when I didn't receive any notification of the booking I called the restaurant and they had no idea we'd booked - luckily they had a slot at 8pm which we booked over the phone, however when arriving they again didn't have our booking! Eventually they discovered someone had booked for 815pm, which was the time we ended up sitting down - partially to us being a few minutes late due to not finding parking. The booking process does seem like it need some attention... Other than that, the service at the table was good, everyone was friendly and polite, water was provided without having to ask as our drink order was taken which was great. The wait times for the starter to arrive was 5-10 minutes, so not too long at all and both starters (beef rib and calamari) were very tasty. The mains took again about 5-10 minutes to arrive after the starter dishes were removed, so no long wait! For the main we ordered the braised beef pasta and the meat pizza with a side of zucchini fries. Both the pizza and the pasta were lovely however because the zucchini fries where served straight out of the fryer, tightly packed in a small metal container the residual heat made them very soggy and greasy and not at all crunchy which was disappointing. If they were served in a more open container (bowl?) I suspect they would have remained crunchy. If we didn't have trouble booking and if the zucchini fries were not so soggy I'd have given 5 stars as it is a lovely restaurant to sit in with good service and tasty food. If we're ever in the area again we'd be quite happy to return.
We weren't impressed with our dishes. Rack of lamb wasn't a rack, came with no potatoes to accompany the dish, nor did the rib eye steak....only a tiny bit of salad, had to order french fries extra. The menu should clearly state that dishes do not include potatoes, chips etc
