This place is so good! The food is delicious and fresh. Definitely the best gyros I've had. My wife and I have been 4 times now with our daughter. The staff are super friendly and great with kids. Service is quick and attentive and it's always immaculately clean. I just wish there was one closer to where we live! But whenever we're in Harrogate, this is always a stop we make time for.
What an amazing traditional (owned and ran by mum, dad and daughter), Greek restaurant. The food was fresh, flavoursome and plentiful. The table service was fantastic. Amazing value for money. If you live Greek food-it’s time to shake it up from where you normally go in Harrogate and give it a whirl!
Outstanding! I've been working away, and discovered Pitta Star by accident purely because its open later than anywhere else and wow, what a find! Everyone is so friendly, the service is great and the food is simply superb - I just keep going back, its really that good! If you're in Harrogate, you have to try Pitta Star! Great full of flavour authentic food, and greeted with smiles when we went in . Atmosphere was bright and light without overbearing music, pleasant experience all round and they have a another satisfied new customer 10/10 . Service was excellent 👌🏻
Fantastic first visit to Pitta Star, Harrogate!! Five stars! This is a nice take out/ restaurant in central Harrogate. We visited with our two children on a Tuesday evening mid half term and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well presented. The staff were all friendly and Greek! Food looked lovely in all the displays and was not misrepresented!! We had traditional Greek street food/ take out with Gyros, chips, sweet potato chips and a portion of tzatziki. The food was quick, very well presented, service was great. The restaurant was full with sit down visitors and regular take out customers. We called ahead and reserved a table. This is a nice place to visit with children as it is table service, lovely real flowers on the tables etc but casual dining. There was a ramp for disabled access however to the best if my knowledge the only toilet was down stairs. Worth a try!!
