Were the onion rings cooked?! The chips were raw, the pizza had no cheese in the middle. Emailed to complain - the food went from box to plate to bin, I was told to get the food out the bin so they could do a quality check. No quality check no refund… I told them I had pictures and they could match up what I’ve ordered with the pictures and offered to show them the time stamp of the pictures to make sure it’s correct. Got declined. So food that’s not edible and I’m out of pocket!! Avoid!
My girlfriend and I were so excited to try your new place in Harrogate. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy chips. Honestly best Pizza I've had so far in the UK. We ordered online and everything was user friendly, payment was straight forward and we received the confirmation email all good. Honestly, this will be my go to from now on. Thank you very much
Love the pepperoni and honey pizza! So tasty and works so well! Also the wedges are lovely when fresh, crispy skin with soft inside. Will defo order again!
I visited this takeaway with my wife and children intending to purchase a pizza. Upon entering, we felt uncomfortable due to the unprofessional atmosphere. Several delivery drivers were present and appeared untidy, and conversations were taking place in languages we could not understand, which made us feel unwelcome as customers. We waited some time before being acknowledged. Eventually, a tall staff member approached and asked if we had been served. Overall, the customer service and environment were disappointing compared to when Junaid and the bloke with the beard was the manager, during which time the establishment felt welcoming and well-run. Unfortunately, the standards seem to have declined, and based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting
Family dinner time round at my sisters and yet again, my plan to go to the royal baths Chinese was thwarted by my brother in law! This time, we went to PIZZA PIZZA, which he told me was recently voted “Yorkshires best pizza”. The food was actually pretty excellent and perfect if you’re a big greedy boy like me. The portions are very generous and everyone enjoyed it. Whilst I think it’s perhaps not the best pizza in yorkshire, it’s certainly the best in that part of Harrogate.
