Excellent. Lovely staff, great food, nice and clean restaurant. Great price using my gold member rewards. Travelled over on the train for a day, despite having this restaurant where we live, as a treat and we loved it!!

Very busy restaurant on a Saturday early evening. I recommend booking a table in advance. My favourite pizza is the Pollo ad Astra - it didn’t disappoint. Took advantage of the special offer of buy one main, get another for £1. Staff service was excellent despite being a very busy period for them. We had a lovely time.

Popped in for a sneaky pizza on the way home. We received a warm welcome, and we're looked after throughout the meal very well. We had a couple of Romana pizzas, both were hot, tasty and deliciously thin. With the app the meal was a reasonable price. ( To be fair they're not expensive anyway but it's nice to feel you've saved a few quid) It was relatively quiet for a Friday night, although it was around 8:30, perhaps it's busier earlier in the day.

We tried calling in on sunday for lunch. It was very busy so they had no availability. That was understandable. The way the man flatly told us "no chance!" before turning his back and walking away was not. Im not annoyed that we couldn't get a table, only the way we were treated.

I have been to Pizza Express in Harrogate quite a few times over the years. This was another great night of food and service, so I had to write a review! Sarah was such a lovely, attentive member of staff who I felt turned somewhere from 'another place to eat' to a 'special' place which I would thoroughly recommend to my friends and family. Infact, the whole team should be commended for being so welcoming. The food, as ever, was really tasty and we left the restaurant feeling full and happy!
