The food was pretty late compared to other places. The chicken curry pizza was kinda disappointing. It needed more spice or flavour and it was pretty cold when arrived. The chips were okay but needed to be done more. Overall its not bad just needs some work.

I will be honest with everyone here. The food is what you expect but not bad at all. Ordered it at 1:50am, came in 20 min easy. Driver was really nice and rang me as it was late and didn’t ring the doorbell so appreciated that. Not a bad place at all. I do see the bad reviews on here but I’m going to be honest about my experience. Would order from here again 👍🏽

Visited after a Christmas party when the shop was busy. I ordered two wraps and fries. When the wraps came, I was told the fries were forgotten and could be added. I politely asked to see the receipt first to avoid being charged twice. This simple request was met with defensiveness rather than professionalism. The receipt showed only the wraps, so I declined the fries. Shortly before, the same staff member approached a group of customers who were having a normal conversation and asked them to “calm down” because he couldn’t focus, despite them not disturbing anyone. Overall, multiple situations were unnecessarily escalated. Poor customer service.

I just for the chicken strips and they were quite unusual. Much harder than you might expect them to be, not so much that you cannot eat them just crunchier. Picture probably shows what I mean (which again probably speaks volumes because you can visually see how they differ). I wouldn't have them again.

If I could rate 0 star I would, 1 is generous. Ordered food at 6pm, it came half an hour after the first arrival time, some of the order arrived completely burnt, they said they would replace, the replacement took 3 hours and when I rang I was laughed at down the phone and told its because we are in knaresborough. If I could attatch photos I would as I have them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
