Collected a pizza from here last to get home and find that all the meat on it was burnt and inedible, phoned to complain and requested something else which I was told they would deliver. After 1hr and 10 mins I phoned back as replacement hadn't arrived to be told that I had to return the pizza first. This could have been collected when delivering my replacement. Shocking customer service!
We ordered off the Chicos website. The food arrived 1hour early and tasted very nice, everyone was happy with the food until one of us got food poisoning after eating a lamb kebab and woke up the next morning throwing up. The pizza we ordered also came cold.
Late night takeaway. Arrived hot and fresh as you like, was told half an hour, arrived in 25 minutes. Food was delicious as always and excellent value (Home alone deal £11.99+£1 delivery)
Love my vegetarian pizza with lots of fresh garlic. Best pizza and have been going for years traveling from Ripon
Made an hour over ten pound delivery and services charges only to get the wrong pizza for my son’s bday and burned kebab meat. Asked for it to be changed only to be told no we have one driver. So just eat/uber and your own deliveries with one driver. Then got told next time you get free didn’t want next time as was a birthday treat. Tried explaining to the owner that if I put in refund for food I’d still lose a tenner delivery etc for the wrong and crap good but he had non of it was abusive and said he’d come throw the new pizza at my window. Owner is horrible and food is also burned and dry past few times the pizza they did send was disgusting and kebab meat is always hard. Avoid at all costs cos if you complain you will get threatened
