Called in and ordered at the counter tonight. My son loves it so have been about 4 times and they remember us which is nice. Had chicken wings tonight and they were cooked well and really tasted great. I am writing the review because I think they deserve praise for a good job. We had the meal deal and my son also had a BBQ wrap which he said was good, but the wings better. I had read some of the comments and think that some of the delivery apps may be at fault. Anyway. Nice people. Spice level hot. Big choice of dips and mayonnaise. We have gone back so must be doing something right. £11.99 per person
This chicken shop exceeded my expectations. The chicken was incredibly fresh, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor. The portions were generous and the menu had great variety. The shop was clean, the staff were polite, and the service was fast even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best places for quality chicken. A must-visit!”
I’ve order online via phone and this is what I’ve received. They said this is the peri salt we give. if you’ve order with us. Like seriously!!!!
longest waiting time i ordered food at 6 and it still hasn't arrived and its 8 now I have been to restaurants way busier and they still managed to get it out in less than an hour! edit: thank you for responding, the food was great by the way and i do understand that food should always be cooked fresh even if it takes a long time to cook and i'm also sorry for coming out as rude or impatient, but please do improve on time it takes on how long it takes to cook the food.
Disappointing Experience – No Food & No Communication Ordered from Pepe’s Piri Piri through Uber Eats and unfortunately the food never arrived. After waiting a long time, I tried calling the restaurant only to find their phones were disconnected. At no point were we informed that they had closed early, which is extremely frustrating after placing and paying for an order. Good customer service is all about communication, and in this case there was none at all. I’m still waiting to hear back from Uber regarding a refund. Really disappointed with how this was handled and would think twice before ordering again.
