Administration Support Officer
<b>The Opportunity:</b><br /><ul> <li>Interim Administrative Support Officer</li><li>Harrogate | Onsite</li><li>Interim – 4–6 weeks initially</li></ul> <br />Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for a short-term opportunity in a supportive, professional environment? We’re looking for an Administrative Support Officer to join a busy clinic in Harrogate on a temporary basis<br /><br />This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the service running smoothly, supporting both clinical teams and clients.<br /><br /><strong>The working hours</strong> <ul> <li>Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:30pm – 8:30pm</li><li>Tuesday: 1:30pm – 9:00pm</li><li>Alternative Saturdays: 8:30am – 2:00pm</li></ul> <br /><br /><b>The Role</b><br />Reporting into the Administrative Team Lead, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support across the service. Your day-to-day will include:<br /><ul> <li>Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters and phone calls)</li><li>Scheduling appointments and meetings for the clinical team</li><li>Maintaining accurate digital and paper filing systems</li><li>Updating databases and supporting data entry</li><li>Assisting with reports and documentation</li><li>Providing reception cover — welcoming visitors, taking payments and liaising with clients and practitioners</li><li>Ensuring confidentiality and adherence to policies at all times</li></ul> <br /><b>About you</b><br />You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised and can juggle multiple priorities with confidence.<br /><br />Ideally, you’ll have:<br /><ul> <li>Previous experience in an administrative role</li><li>Strong organisation, communication and time-management skills</li><li>A professional, friendly approach and high attention to detail</li><li>Confidence using office systems</li><li>Discretion and care when handling sensitive information</li><li>Experience within healthcare, counselling or clinical settings (advantageous but not essential)</li></ul> <br /><b>What’s on offer</b><br /><ul> <li>An interim assignment lasting 4–6 weeks initially</li><li>The opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team</li><li>A varied, people-focused role where your contribution really matters</li></ul> <br />If you’re available for an interim opportunity and keen to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.<br />
