Administrator
<p>We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and well-established professional services office.</p> <p>This is a varied and fast-paced role providing high-quality administrative support across the business, as well as acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing general administrative support across the office</li><li>Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls and general enquiries</li><li>Supporting reception duties and welcoming visitors to the office</li><li>Assisting with coordination of meetings and use of office space</li><li>Maintaining internal systems, records, and documentation</li><li>Supporting onboarding and general client administration processes</li><li>Preparing and issuing standard correspondence and documents</li><li>Assisting with the processing and tracking of routine administrative workflows</li><li>Supporting basic financial administration tasks, including invoicing and credit control activities</li><li>Assisting with submission of routine documentation to external bodies where required</li><li>Handling filing, scanning, and general document management tasks</li><li>Supporting overall office organisation, supplies, and facilities upkeep</li></ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional office environment </li><li>Strong communication and client-facing skills </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload </li><li>Confident IT skills, including strong Excel ability<strong></strong></li><li>Inserting rows and columns </li><li>Basic formulas and sums </li><li>Updating and maintaining spreadsheets accurately </li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative </li><li>Reliable, organised, and proactive approach </li></ul> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full training on payroll and internal systems </li><li>Varied and engaging workload within a supportive team </li><li>Opportunity to develop further within the business </li><li>On-site role within a professional environment </li></ul> <p><br /></p>
