Financial Planning Administrator
<p><strong>The Company: </strong>A hugely ambitious IFA firm based in Central Harrogate are looking to add an experienced, private wealth focused Financial Services Administrator to their back-office support team as part of their expansion across 2026. Their proposition is fee-based, with advice specialisms in retirement planning, tax planning, investments, and pensions. Ultimately offering bespoke financial advice to both individuals and businesses; and indeed trusts.</p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li><strong>Office Location:</strong> Central Harrogate</li><li><strong>Hybrid/Home Working:</strong> 100% office-based</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Package: </strong>£32-33k base + discretionary bonus & full company benefits</p> <ul> <li><strong>Key Benefits: </strong>8%Pension, 4xDIS & Private Medical Cover</li><li><strong>Holidays:</strong> 25-days + stats</li><li><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-1pm Friday</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>The Role: </strong>A broad wealth administration support role geared around supporting high performing financial advisers, working in HNW client circles. Sitting within a team of 3 your responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Process all new/existing business</li><li>Co-ordinate client review meetings including arranging meetings with the Financial Adviser, preparation of the client’s valuation (Intelliflo) and review meeting pack.</li><li>Complete the details from Fact finds on the IO system and filing on Papercloud</li><li>Issue recommendation reports to clients and prepare illustrations and any paperwork required.</li><li>Obtain LOA’s</li><li>Fund switches.</li><li>Ensure that client files are fully FCA compliant.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>The Person: </strong>The ideal candidate will come from an IFA or broader wealth management environment and will already have experience supporting financial advisers in a private-client, high-net-worth setting.
