<p><strong>Paraplanner</strong></p> <p><strong>Harrogate </strong></p> <p><strong>Up to £45,000 DOE </strong></p> <p><strong>Office Based</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Harrogate who are looking to recruit an experienced <strong>Paraplanner</strong> to join their friendly and supportive team.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to join a well-established and client-focused business that prides itself on delivering a high level of service and building long-term client relationships.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports </li><li>Conducting technical research and analysis </li><li>Preparing recommendation and review documentation </li><li>Supporting advisers with complex client cases </li><li>Liaising with providers and platforms to progress business </li><li>Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing client servicing </li><li>Ensuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards </li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a <strong>Paraplanning role</strong> is essential </li><li>Level 4 Diploma as a minimum, although those with Level 6 qualifications would be of most interest, and will be reflected in additional salary</li><li>Strong experience writing suitability reports </li><li>Good technical understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills </li><li>Professional, personable and team-focused approach </li><li>Ability to manage workloads effectively within a busy environment </li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary up to <strong>£45,000 DOE</strong></li><li>Higher salary available for those with Level 6 Qualifications</li><li>Enhanced pension scheme </li><li>Death in Service cover </li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays </li><li>Early finish every Friday </li><li>Friendly and supportive office environment </li><li>Opportunity to join a well-established and respected Financial Planning firm </li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a supportive and collaborative business where technical expertise and client service are highly valued.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>For a confidential discussion, please contact NJR Recruitment quoting NJR16819</p> <p><br /></p>
