This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting Financial Advisers with research and analysis</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of suitability and recommendation reports</li><li>Gathering and analysing client financial information</li><li>Liaising with pension, investment, and insurance providers</li><li>Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems</li><li>Supporting the ongoing servicing of clients</li><li>Developing technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection</li></ul> <p><strong>Training & Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full apprenticeship and structured training provided</li><li>Support towards professional qualifications (CII / LIBF)</li><li>Clear progression path into a Paraplanner role</li></ul> <p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Confident communicator with a professional approach</li><li>Keen interest in financial planning and wealth management</li><li>Previous financial services or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential</li><li>Motivated to learn and develop technical expertise</li></ul> <p><br /></p>
