Junior Pricing Co-Ordinator
<strong>Job Type:</strong> Full time, Permanent<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8RB (2 mins walk from Hornbeam Park train station)<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> up to £28,250 dependent on experience<br /><br />The Pricing Coordinator supports our data team in pricing vehicles for the website. You’ll be responsible for sourcing pricing information, finding the best price possible and uploading this to our website. This is an entry level role and primarily involves adding pricing data to an Excel spreadsheet. It may suit someone with numerical skills looking for their first or second data entry or data processing role. Full training is provided. <br /><br />Due to the collaborative nature of the role, this is an office-based role in Harrogate. Synergy is rated by our team as an “outstanding” place to work, achieving a 2-Star rating in the Best Companies survey for two consecutive years.<br /><br /><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong><br /><ul> <li>Source accurate pricing data through third party systems</li><li>Present pricing data to reflect the most competitive pricing on our website across a range of different vehicles</li><li>Upload pricing data into the website, ensuring it is accurate </li><li>Provide written updates to our sales team and marketing team on new pricing uploaded to the website</li><li>Independently prioritize daily tasks, following set processes, including uploading new promotions and resetting pricing </li><li>Compare the prices of competitors </li><li>Ensure your working and any data uploaded meets consumer duty regulatory requirements</li><li>Work with the wider data team to meet business needs in a fast moving, competitive marketplace</li></ul> <strong>Skills</strong><br /><ul> <li>Highly numerate </li><li>A good working knowledge of Microsoft products</li><li>Good understanding and use of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulae)</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience in or an interest in cars is advantageous</li><li>A willingness to learn and grow with the business</li><li>Ability to work individually, but also as part of a team</li><li>Ability to follow set processes </li></ul> <strong>About Synergy Car Leasing: <br /></strong><br />Synergy Car Leasing, established in 2006, is one of the leading vehicle leasing providers in the UK.
