My client is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to cover maternity leave (12months).&nbsp;You’ll oversee the IA team and delivery of the IA plan, you will work across a diverse, fast-paced&nbsp; environment, providing assurance over financial, operational, and compliance processes.&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>Key Deliverables</strong><br /><ul> <li>Establish and deliver internal audits across key business areas including finance, procurement, legal, sales and marketing, payroll</li><li>Perform Walkthroughs of key cross departmental processes and deliver key findings to initiate improvements and refine internal controls</li><li>Review processes, identify opportunities to improve controls and efficiency</li><li>Prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations</li><li>Support teams across the business to strengthen processes and ensure compliance</li></ul> <strong>Key Attributes</strong><br /><ul> <li>Experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance</li><li>Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail</li><li>Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders</li></ul> A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is key.
