Useless. I am on normal PAYE but I have complexity around earning bonuses and such, so I have used this company to do my returns. The entire point was for them to ensure my tax code was correct through the year to make sure I don't get nasty surprises. They have repeatedly completely failed to do this to the extent that I would be better off doing it myself. Don't bother.
