Had a lovely experience today, was greeted so kindly from the minute the door opened. I had a meeting with Khaled and he was the loveliest, most helpful staff member. From not really knowing much for what I went in for, I can proudly say I left knowing a whole bunch of new information. He really had his best interests out for me and I hope all customers get to experience his help one day!

Fantastic service again today from Olly, Kal and Hamza. Always approachable and happy to help with anything you need. And if you are stood waiting for anything Kal will even throw in a few jokes to keep you entertained - he’s not quite Harrogate comedy club standard yet but the effort is there. I called into the Harrogate branch today to sort some money matters out . I have to say I was greeted by and made welcome by all the members of staff there . Chloe was able to sort my business out very quickly and efficiently and I left there feeling very satisfied that I had been advised and dealt with in the best possible manner.
