Just recently I've had go go into the harrogate branch quite a bit to sort mums affairs out I just wanted to say Fiona has Been amazing, such a lovely kind helpful girl

If I could score zero I would - my company suffered a fraudulent transaction on July 24, 2019 - Yorkshire Bank have yet to make one call to us and have done NOTHING to help us resolve the case and recover the funds. Appalling service - they just don't care. AVOID!!
Terrible service. 30 min wait in a queue to get told you need to see someone else at the back of the bank, then to wait another 25 minutes to get a photo copy of your marriage certificate to then get told oh we have just changed your savings account not your main bank account , you can fill this form out and bring it back to us absolute waste of time I’m thinking of changing my business bank and going somewhere else as customers service is everything!
