Absolutely appalling customer service. Accidently booked in another store and called immediately when got there, yet we were charged the FULL price of a haircut that didn't even happen. The barber just hung up on me mid-conversation. Very poor service when there is a barber on every corner.

They ripped me off last Friday. I turned up a few minutes late and they cancelled me, kept my money and told me it was because I was 10min late. I just looked at the Booksey cancellation notice which was timed at 8 minutes after the appointment time. Beware, this is not a friendly place.

Mr Men's is a good small local independent bunch of barber's which I've used in Leeds and Guiseley too. I'd recommend as they 1) have an online booking system 2) reasonably priced 3) quite a friendly bunch

Been a few times was great, booked appointment upon arrival got told it was cancelled however they said they can still do it fast. Asked for 1 back and sides with a little bit of the top as usual what I got was not what I usually get and will ovoid Thor service from now on

Very good cut from Kieran, very friendly. Had issues with the booking system, but the guys rectified and was still able to come in for a cut. Deffo recommend.
