Novu is such a lovely salon which very friendly staff and high level of attention! I’ve been getting my nails done by Katie for 8 years now and will never go to anyone else, her attention to detail is brilliant and I’m always so incredibly happy with her work :)

I have had my nails and toenails done at Novu Harrogate for over a year. Most of the ladies have assisted me and have always been really professional, friendly and caring. The atmosphere is relaxed and only the highest of quality products are used. The prices are very competitive and level of service provided is great. I look forward to each visit. A big thank you to Lauren for the exceptional work she did today.

I’ve been going to Novu since it opened. The standard of gel nails manicures and pedicures is the best I’ve experienced in Harrogate. The salon itself is laid back, relaxing and has great decor. I very much enjoy my regular nails sessions with Charlotte and the team.

I’ve been a customer of Novu for years ever since it opened. Charlotte always does the most amazing job on my nails and I get comments and compliments every month. I’ve also had waxing, pedicures and massages here - always an expert job by super friendly staff. I always recommend Novu to my friends!

Nov is the best salon. Charlotte normally does my nails but if she isn't available the other girls are equally good and super friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Nov to anyone.
