Last December, I parted with my dream car, a V8 F-Type Convertible, as my family was growing. Soon after, I came across a stunning Porsche Taycan at GC Motors and decided to make the purchase. The sales process was smooth, and the service was excellent. On that experience alone, I would have rated them 4 stars. What truly pushed this review to 5 stars, however, has been everything that followed. The aftercare, warranty support, and ongoing communication have been exceptional. A special mention must go to Neil Abbey, who has been outstanding from day one of aftercare. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Neil made me feel at ease, comfortable, and genuinely excited about the purchase. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication have turned what was initially a one-off exchange into a relationship where I now see myself as a loyal GC Motors customer. Thanks to Neil and the team, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for my next car. Five stars, without question.

I recently purchased an Audi e-tron 55 from GC Motors and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As someone who is quite meticulous—I even earned the nickname 'Mr. Cautious' during the process—I had a long list of requirements regarding warranty, service history, and specific EV maintenance. Rob was fantastic throughout the sales process, ensuring all my technical questions were answered and even following up after collection to confirm the digital service record was live on the Audi system. Laura (Compliance Manager) was a standout, providing absolute clarity on the maintenance plans and working directly with the providers to ensure our cover was active and tailored to our needs. Her communication was both professional and genuinely reassuring. A big thanks also go to Pete for his role in the sales process! The level of transparency and the 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude at GC Motors is exceptional. If you are a detail-oriented buyer, this is the place to go. Highly recommended, and would specifically travel back to this dealership again to purchase another vehicle.

Just to the best service! My wife popped in to get a our new car reg just after Christmas and the service she received was wonderful. The price was out of this world and the work was done with patience and diligence (we had a bit of rust so it was trickier than first thought). Can't recommend highly enough!! Thanks again :-)
