Hexagon Cars

We were having difficulty finding a BMW X5, fully loaded AND with a sunroof which opened. Luckily, we came across Hexagon Cars, after much searching. We gave Stuart a call (the owner) and were pleasantly surprised, by his friendly manner and advice. We travelled to Harrogate to view the vehicle and met Stuart, who was as friendly and knowledgeable, in person and made us a cuppa. We purchased the vehicle early the next week, after Stuart had given the vehicle a full service. Stuart said he would ring us later that week to see if we were happy, true to his word he did. After a couple of days we had a tiny issue with an error message on the main console (which wasn't Stuart's fault) and we had the issue resolved, with a local BMW specialist. Stuart played a blinder and contributed two thirds of the costs of the fix. It wasn't part of any warranty, it was at Stuart's expense. He didn't have to and we were not only surprised but also very grateful, we cannot thank and/or praise Stuart enough. How many dealers would do that, when they needn't have ? Top chap !!! We will definitely bear Stuart in mind when we come to purchase our next vehicle and would sincerely recommend Hexagon Cars. Brilliant !

What can I say that hasn’t already been said?. Stuart is without doubt, one of a kind, open, honest, trustworthy, and fair. I have just purchased an X3 from Stuart, Hexagon Cars. He gave me a better than fair trade in and told me the X3 I was interested in was Immaculate. He was spot on. The purchase was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had when buying a new car. Very impressed with Hexagon cars. This was my first experience of buying a car over the internet without viewing it first due to distance. Stuart is a very professional person and did everything asked of him. He found me a car to my exact specification, in really nice condition and within my budget. Dealing with Stuart at Hexagon car sales was brilliant. I saw a beautiful BMW X3 M Sport on his website/Auto Trader which was the exact spec, age and the right mileage that I was looking for. On first communication (email), I received a very prompt response which was followed up by a phone call the next day to introduce himself. Stuart was very polite and certainly made me feel like I was dealing with a professional. As I lived too far away to come see and test drive the car (which I would normally do), I had a feeling of trust in Stuart that the car looked and drives the way he described. We made a deal and I made the trip from the Scottish Borders to his unit the following weekend. The car was exactly as described and Stuart was spot on with all the descriptions. I was certainly one happy customer. As I had a private plate on the car I traded in, Stuart took the time to help me process the appropriate paperwork to have it removed and put on the new car. Stuart even had some new plates made up for me with my cherished number. Over the next few days, Stuart made an effort to call me on 2 occasions to make sure I was happy and if there were any problems (which there weren’t). Stuart goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, and this was very apparent right from the outset. Stuart believes he is not only selling a quality product but also selling a service which will bring you back to him when looking for your next vehicle.
