I honestly hate buying cars, I always feel very nervous and I have put it off however, go to this garage! I had a great experience buying a car from Alex, he listened to my needs, searched various different options and prices, he was calm and patient and I could not have had a better experience, very professional and fast! I am now driving a lovely car and felt like that really was because of Alex, (he even took me to collect it on his day off) I will now always go to him, this is exactly what you want when buying a car and spending a lot of money a trust worthy experience, your a star Alex thank you.

My wife and I collected our brand new MG ZS EV from Just MG Harrogate on Monday. The car is absolutely stunning. We didn't expect that finance will approve this car for us, but Alex was very professional and gave us absolutely fantastic support and the whole process went as smoothly as possible and very fast! In a time where we like to moan and complain at every opportunity and in some people it’s fully deserved, well today was the complete opposite. Brilliant company, fantastic customer service and Adrian’s professionalism was outstanding. Wow, well what can I say. Please don’t complicate things on the phone by trying to explain what’s wrong with your car, just get it in and Adrian will sort the rest, it really is as simple as that. I met Adrian for the first time today and what an absolute gentleman he is. You are treated over and beyond with honesty and integrity. Experienced and completely professional with a simple nothing is too much of a problem attitude. Our car had its first service today, it had a new key fob battery fitted and a new ball joint was needed, once that part is in I will get it booked in. Adrian sorted the lot out, it was ready for me when they said it would, it had been washed and a full assessment was done on our MG and all results were listed. It really was as simple as this, highly efficient customer service. Adrian was so easy to deal with. Thank you 🙏 Adrian, all of the help and information you provided was unbelievable. Just Picked up my MG ZS EV today. Alex guided us through the whole process from initial phone call, test drive, ordering and finally hand over. A really smooth process, with good updates and excellent car, service and staff. :-)
