John was amazing. very courteous and helpful. I bought a car off motor house and met john for the first time. He made me feel welcome and there was a natural warmth in personality. Showed me all the paperwork of the car and was an absolute professional gentleman. Would love to deal with him again.
Recently I found a car for sale at Motorhouse and basically turned up without an appointment . John invited me to freely look over the car whilst he found the paperwork . There was no pressure sales that you find at larger car showrooms , just a relaxed approach and take as much time as I wanted . I returned for a second time and was invited to take a test drive and learn more about the history of the car. We spoke frankly about the price and a realistic deal was reached . John was as good as his word and arranged a new MOT and also a warranty which he even upgraded .I Will no doubt visit again in the future , would recommend a visit to his showroom .
bought a car, drove it not even 20 miles. I have had it 2 days and every single warning light came on the dash board and i took it back to get my refund and give the car back and he was very unprofessional, angry, rude and agressive to me and is refusing to give my money back even though you have 30 days to do so. I am absolutely appalled. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
Travelled more than 580 miles to buy and collect my car from only Motorhouse's (John's) images, and from talking with him. Every single detail was as described and the vehicle was in exceptional, clean condition as he had stated. Very fair price and an easy transaction without any pressure / hassle. I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Motorhouse. It was an easy and stress free purchase. I was helped by a friendly and approachable salesman who took the time to talk to me about my concerns and helped me to choose the extended warranty I needed. I was able to purchase it at trade price, saving myself hundreds. Even better I was able to part exchange my previous Ford, which they gave me a reasonable price for. All in all it was a great experience with helpful staff. I'd definitely get my next car from them!
