We bought a 3 month old Mazda CX-60 and had it delivered. I could not believe the car had not been cleaned, washed or prepared for delivery at all. The interior was dirty and dusty and the exterior has also not been washed. The Sat Nav had all the previous owners destinations stored. I reported my concerns to the garage and was told to bring the car back to be cleaned. This would be a 250 mile round trip and a full day which we should not have to make. The sales process had been fine but let down with the car prep.
Booked Mazda in for a routine service. Very easy to book and the pre check in worked well. Keep informed of appointment with several messages. On the day everything went smoothly, initial meeting with Niall was friendly and professional. Sent regular updates throughout the day, car ready on time , cleaned and ready to go. Very efficient and professional service

On the day, everything went smoothly and we were kept up to date with all works. Car was ready on time and Niall let us know when ready for collection. Overall, a pleasant and professional service provided by Niall and the team at Stoneacre.
