Booked car in for a routine service. All went smoothly on the day with good communication throughout. Felt there was a minor issue with the car which prompted me to call to discuss. They booked the car in the following morning and I was seen first thing. Everything checked out ok so all good! Thank you to Peter and Niall for the attentive service!

It’s rare these days to find such pleasant and helpful service centre. It’s always a pleasure to deal with these guys. We’ve never had dealings with the sales team but the service department have always been a delight. Smiley, knowledgeable and helpful and always make us feel important. We bought a 3 month old Mazda CX-60 and had it delivered. I could not believe the car had not been cleaned, washed or prepared for delivery at all. The interior was dirty and dusty and the exterior has also not been washed. The Sat Nav had all the previous owners destinations stored. I reported my concerns to the garage and was told to bring the car back to be cleaned. This would be a 250 mile round trip and a full day which we should not have to make. The sales process had been fine but let down with the car prep.

Had our Mazda in for a set of manufacturer updates and safety recalls. Made a booking with Niall at Stoneacre Harrogate to get the work done. All handled very efficiently and in a friendly manner. On the day, everything went smoothly and we were kept up to date with all works. Car was ready on time and Niall let us know when ready for collection. Overall, a pleasant and professional service provided by Niall and the team at Stoneacre.
