I can highly recommend the team at YVS Harrogate, from my initial contact the excellent customer service was clear. An in depth personalised video was provided on request which led to placing a deposit on the phone the following day to secure the car. It is the first vehicle I have bought without a test drive or even viewing, which did cause a small amount of anxiety on my part, however, I needn't have worried I collected the car this week and it is absolutely spot on. Bought an Audi TT here last year. Julian was easy to deal with and went above and beyond when the car threw a minor fault on the day. Just an O2 sensor which, once home, was fixed by our local garage through the warranty from YVS. Overall found it a good experience dealing with YVS, will give them a look for our next purchase.
