I've had the car washed there a couple of times. The overall service has been very good. They have a system in place and are pretty efficient in giving a thorough clean. If you're not used to the hand wash experience, it can be a bit unnerving as several people work on the car, opening doors to clean the trim. Good value for money.

AVOID! Will never go back here, been here a few times and not had problems however this visit they have scratched my car all over. I noticed one of the managers kicking off with the lads and pointing at my car, they then washed it 2 more times. When I got out to look at the car wondering what the fuss was I realised they’ve scratched the whole car. When I said I wasn’t happy they said “there was no problem and that maybe I should wash it myself next time” As I was talking to the boss some of the workers went over to the car to what looked like trying to cover the scratches photo was taken after they tried to fix it. Disgusting customer service, they knew what they had done and didn’t even offer a refund. Which is the least they could of done considering how much it will cost to fix.

Fast & convenient service, amazing prices and worth every penny..brilliant standards of work no faults what so ever. Friendly staff, Nice seating area as well as free drinks (hot drinks as well as fridge with pop and water ECT) as well as complemently biscuits and sweets. Toys and books also available to keep your children occupied while your car is been clean. Certainly recommend and will be using again in the future.
