I attended Falcon Chiropractic following a referral as I was suffering from neck pain and lower back pain. The results have been fantastic and after 6-8 weeks I have full movement back and considerably less pain. Tom & Jess have both been excellent and the receptionists have been highly organised and efficient. An outstanding experience all-round and I would highly recommend their services.

Lovely staff and very good customer service from the reception team. The reason for the three-star rating is that I attended for right shoulder pain but unfortunately had a very difficult experience with the treatment. I suffer from migraines, and I’m disappointed this was not sufficiently considered in my treatment plan. The neck adjustments were too intense for me and triggered significant neurological symptoms, including a severe return of my migraines. I have been in pain for over a week and unable to work, drive, or function normally. After seeking medical advice, my GP advised that cervical (neck) manipulation is not appropriate for migraine sufferers and that the level and persistence of pain I experienced was not a normal response. After I informed the clinic that I wished to stop treatment, Jess kindly contacted me and offered some exercises to help stabilise the pain, which I appreciated. However, the call did not include questions about my symptoms or the level of pain I was experiencing, and I was again told that this reaction was completely normal. I also felt that appointments were quite rushed throughout my treatment. I believe that if more time had been spent listening to my concerns and symptoms, my experience may have been different. I acknowledge that chiropractic treatment can be very helpful for many people, and it’s clear from other reviews that this clinic has helped others. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite, and I regret proceeding with the treatment. I would encourage anyone with migraines who is considering chiropractic care here to be cautious, ask detailed questions, and seek medical advice beforehand. I’m sharing this as a cautionary experience so others can make an informed decision. That said, Tom and Jess clearly care about their patients and do good work for many people. It’s just unfortunate that this wasn’t the case for me.

I can’t recommend Jess and Tom highly enough. They have both been absolutely fantastic, looking after me before, during, and after pregnancy, and also taking wonderful care of my little girl. They consistently go above and beyond to provide the best possible care and always take the time to listen!
