Just completed treatment with Hannah at the Harrogate Infinity Dental Suite. The whole experience has far exceeded expectations. The team were very professional throughout and the treatment went smoothly from start to finish. The environment is similar to a high end hotel and does not feel like the usual clinical dental experience. Communication with the team from initial enquiry to follow up call has been excellent. I cannot recommend Infinity Dental and Dr. Patel highly enough. I had been extremely unhappy with the appearance of my front teeth for a long time, which really affected my confidence when smiling or even showing my teeth. Other dentists had told me that I would need all my teeth removed, which was overwhelming and discouraging until I found Infinity Dental. From my very first consultation, Dr. Patel instantly reassured me that this was not the case. He took the time to listen to my concerns and created a treatment plan that was far more suitable for my situation, tailored to my needs, and also affordable. That alone made a huge difference in how confident I felt moving forward. Now, six months later, I have my implants in and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. My smile has completely transformed, and so has my confidence. Dr. Patel and the entire team were professional, kind, and supportive throughout every stage of the process. As someone who was very nervous about the procedure, I really appreciated how reassuring and patient they were they made me feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely at ease. The hygiene treatment was thorough yet gentle, and I left feeling refreshed. What really stood out was how supportive the whole team was. The staff assisted me with the financial side of things and even organized my appointments in a way that made everything stress-free and easy to manage. It’s rare to find a clinic where you feel both cared for and valued, but this team truly goes above and beyond. All the team at infinity dental are brilliant. They are Extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The reception team are also really lovely, welcoming and friendly. I’ve had a fair bit of treatment carried out recently and everyone I’ve come into contact with at each step has just been great. I recently visited the new Harrogate centre for my hygienist appointment and I have to say the decor is amazing! You can really see what time and effort has gone into both centres to make it as comfortable as possible for anyone visiting. It’s really classy and takes away that awful clinical look and feel of a typical dentists. Hannah and the team do a wonderful job and I’m sure there are many customers who feel the same as I do being in their care.

Very impressed with the level of care I have received as a new patient at Infinity Dental Suite. From the warm welcome at reception to the professional and friendly service from Dr David & the rest of the team, the experience has been excellent. The new Harrogate branch has top notch facilities and is easy to travel to with plentiful on-site parking. Highly recommend.
