I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and have always been seen on time. All interventions were well explained and delivered carefully and skilfully. I am extremely happy to be registered with this dental practice.
Excellent service from the receptionist , who arranged for the dentist to see me downstairs to save a difficult climb up the stairs ,i should add this was entirely her idea ! Excellent service from Dr Elwood too , always cheerful and positive . Though there will be a long wait for treatment she has offered any assistance I may need in the waiting period . No complaints whatsoever . Visiting Northpark Dental Practice is always a positive experience .
In few words very good, they are very understanding, they explain to you very clear what’s happening and what is about to happened, no pain whatsoever after I’ve cleaned my teeth. Thank you
