Smile Designs Implant Studio

My husband and I are so impressed with his treatment so far. The consultation with Dr Sayeed and Nurse Aaliyah in Leicester was amazing and we booked the surgery there and then because Tony felt so at ease and informed. Tony then had upper and lower extractions and implants done by Isabella and her amazing team at the Harrogate surgery only a week ago. This was completely pain free, no need for any sedative and apart from numbness and bruising there is still no discomfort, taking regular painkillers. Looking forward to the final fitting but we cannot praise the whole team enough. 5* all the way. Tony already has his smile back even with the temporary teeth. 😁😁😁😁😁.

My Wife had some damage to her front teeth which affected her smile, so I offered to pay for her to have some dental work as a Christmas present. She was apprehensive about it but after meeting up with David and his team, they discussed different options for her and made a mockup in their laboratory with some sample veneers that matched her healthy tooth colour perfectly. She went ahead with the treatment and the results look amazing and very natural and my wife couldn't be happier with her new smile. Overall it has been a very stress free experience for her and we would like to thank all of the staff at Smile Designs Implant Studio who were welcoming and professional from start to finish.

It’s not 5 stars it’s 10!! Being nervous of dentists I was anxious about having treatment, but there was no need. I was put at ease from the start, the service and care from start to finish was exemplary. David and his team fully explains each step of your treatment plan, what they doing and why, the team show patience & nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend Smile Design Implant Studio enough, highly recommended as the practice to go for your Dental implants.

The care and attention I received from David at Smile was excellent. The only issue that prevents me awarding 5 stars is that the temporary denture broke on one occasion and cracked on two further occasions. Whilst repairs were made on the next working day, this was obviously inconvenient (embarrassing) for me. This last weekend the denture cracked for the third time and I was advised by the Smile out-of-hours contact that Smile would be ready to repair at 9.30 Monday morning. Having rung on arrival, 20 minutes passed before they answered the door to receive the denture. I later received a call to say the denture was repaired and ready for collection. Once again, I telephoned Smile on arrival and 15 minutes later phoned again. I then waited a further 10 minutes before ringing again, then rang 5 minutes later as I was getting concerned. A staff member finally opened the door to return my denture but at the same time informed me that any future damage to the denture would be my responsibility and would have to be addressed by my dentist. I find this very strange as my contract is/was with Smile for this particular part of the procedure. I must stress that my diet whilst wearing the denture has not included crusty or tough foods, especially since the first breakage made me even more cautious.

What an amazing business. Very friendly, efficient and professional service given from making the appointment for the first consultation right through to my final fitting on 4th December. Their communication was first class and I was informed of everything that was happening at all times so no reason to be nervous at all. I am extremely pleased with the results and would happily recommend them to anyone thinking of having this procedure, in fact I already have.
