Attended our first appointment with my 14yr old daughter for braces with Michael Riley. Simply outstanding communication skills from Michael. From the moment we entered the surgery room, I knew it would be a positive experience. Explained everything, all information was covered during the examination, and all my questions were answered. He helped my daughter feel relaxed, and in control of her choices. Thank you so much. Jo has given my daughter amazing reassurance at each appointment.

I have been coming to Total Orthodontics for less than a year now, and found the whole of this experience of really high standards, this is from the reception staff right through to the Orthodontics, from start to finish! All the staff are extremely pleasant, kind and efficient in everything they do to meet my needs, queries and requirements! I would totally recommend coming here to anyone of any status, there is no judgement and discrimination on financial, physical appearance, education, background and so on, everyone is treat the same and made to feel their cares and matters are important, i have seen this for myself every time i have visited here.
