We required a complete updating of the electrics in our 1910 terraced house. The job was done by Rob. I cannot praise him highly enough. The quality of his work was outstanding. I must also emphasise that I've never come across an individual so committed to the task ahead. He worked flat-out, stopping only to receive occasional phone calls from his office. It was our good fortune that Rob was allocated to us. He's a superb ambassador for an extremely professional company. Thank you, Rob.

Called Newton Electrical before 9am on a weekday and spoke to Paul on the out of hours service number. I had an issue with an immersion heater in a tank that wasn't heating the water. Paul suggested that I try a reset switch on the thermostat that I didn't know existed, which I said I would look into. I also after 9am booked with Lisa in the office for an engineer to pop round the next day to look at the boiler as a backup plan. In the meantime I found the reset switch, flicked it and the power came on again and the immersion started to heat up. Lisa was happy to cancel the call out and I'm happy that Paul gave the advice to carry out the reset. 5 stars al round.

Called Paul before 9am Saturday morning for my elderly mum. She had no power to sockets so needed help urgently. Paul advised he could call her and probably talk her through trouble shooting the problem but could attend her house that morning if she couldn't fix things. Within 30 mins the problem was resolved without a visit and at no cost. Mum could not be more pleased. Paul went above and beyond to help - he was easy to speak to and put my mum at ease. I had two amazing guys come out to do some work for me, Harry and Ed, they went above and beyond. They added a physical light switch to my bathroom replacing a pool card switch. Not only did they wire this in for me, but they also helped with my smart switch. That was then installed. They managed to convert the Wiring over so it had a neutral as well. The work was tidy and they offered to clean up and they were talkative. All in all I am amazingly pleased with the work that they carried out. 11 out of 10 for service and reliability. Well done guys.

Paul came round to ours the other week to replace a bathroom extractor fan which had finally given up the ghost. He did a great job, very tidy and considerate, and even fixed a couple of existing wiring faults that he found during he course of the work. Would definitely recommend!
