Excellent service from a top class team. the communication was fantastic throughout with both Richard and Daniel ensuring we had all the information we needed upfront. Their service comes with mountains of added value. Highly recommended, we wont be going anywhere else!
Fantastic and highly professional service from the outset. Amazing communication at all times and all viewings accompanied and punctual. Feedback given after each viewing was timely and highly constructive. After our offer was received and accepted, FSS were brilliant at managing the whole process and updating us on our chain and any developments. I cannot recommend highly enough. Amazing service and a great price!
Our experiences with FSS have been very positive. From booking a viewing to collecting the keys, requesting maintenance, signing contracts etc there has rarely been an issue. I would confidently say that FSS have significantly contributed to how much we have enjoyed living in Harrogate over the past three years; as our dealings with them have been very straightforward.
FSS is genuinely the best estate agent I��ve used. I was pleasantly surprised by the brilliant service, the reliability of the agents, and the speed at which they responded to queries. I have only positive things to say about FSS and its staff, thanks particularly to Eugene and Debbie.
Overall they are a good agency to deal with, special in the maintenance department as they always replying to you with updates and they are very professional. April Mountain from the maintenance department is a great agent and a good help when you have a problem with your house.
