I recently rented a property through LentinSmith and had a fantastic experience.The agent was responsive, professional, and helpful. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always available to answer my questions. I particularly appreciate Zak Foster for his support. He was always available to answer my numerous questions and helped in resolving my issues. Overall, I would highly recommend LentinSmith to anyone looking for a good home.

Where do i start. Lentin smith and there landlords are below humanity. We was unfortunate to get sent from London to keighley for several years and it was the worst years of our life's. The property and area and lentin smith and landlord was a experience from hell itself. Crumbling damp moldy rat infested cold smelly. We had a constant mice and rat problem the entire duration dispute pest control coming out. We had a oven that kept tripping the electricity and was told they wont replace it. We lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes due to the builders they had do the insulation after 7 years of renting. They also damaged the floors and carpet We had to pay to have it professionally cleaned. During the work we had to stay at the property as they wouldn't supply us a hotel until the work was finished we was literally waking up with dust on our teeth from the works. The builders also damaged some of my goods a sentimental drum that cant be replaced and cups. They left it in a state. We had a business underneath us called finese in keighley that was playing loud music from 8am to 8pm everyday. They was banging doors shouting and even swearing at my daughter who is only 9 now. So for years we had to put up with this even after constant reports to lentin smith. The next door had alternating tennents 2 of whom was discusting dirty loud a general health hazard. Again lentin smith and landlord done nothing. We left after several years finally! And they are disputing my deposit even though we are a good young family who improved there dump of a property and its worth more than 50k more than when we moved in this is thanks to me. They are liars cheats and disrespectful people. Once keighley gets you its hard to get out as its so deprived thankfully I saved enough and got my family out of this hell. I spent thousands moving out and driving all round the country looking for a new home. My wife had to change job my daughter is out of school and all they care about is taking my deposit too.Disgraceful. They evicted us after nearly 8 years and the excuse was they cant fulfil our demands.This property is 13b broomhill avenue Keighley BD21 1ND. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. The neighbours are extremely nosey and all have a bad eye. Avoid lentin smith at all costs! This property has ruined our mental health and it will take a long time to get over how we was treated. Parking is insane as there's a doctors surgery where there customers park. I've had 2 cars damaged 1 including a Mercedes. There was no annual checks and our walls got so hot due to the sunbeds from finese yet no fire precautions was ever installed even though they was meant to be by law. Your landlords they are so tight fisted I never met people like it till I moved to keighley absolute discusting place. I've added pictures of the inside of this property before and after and the rats and mice but they not uploaded only 6 random pics uploaded. Also the boiler kept playing up, the windows was knackered cold draft entering the property not good in the winter. The front door used to leak water aswell as the main window downstairs. Many issues from the plumbing side of things. Kitchen units was chamged to a very low standard they still kept the bowed wood shelfs from decades ago. Any work that was undertaken was done extremely cheap id say by random cowboys they hired.Tight people pay twice, why not just do the jobs needed doing properly once and have peace of mind?. Never missed a rent payment here in my whole duration of the tenancy and was told they would help find another property if one becomes available as we was great tennents told by Zac. But never did help us in any way shape or form. Definitely up there for one of the worst housing, area, and services in the uk.

I would like to thank LentinSmith and in particular Zak Foster for their excellent service. Zak has always been very professional, allowing me even to view the house via video call and patiently answering the many questions I sent him by email. On the day he handed me the keys, he kindly took the time to explain on Google Maps where I could park and even how to request a permit in case there was no space available. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.

I renting my apartment from LentinSmith for past 5 years. I never had any issues with them. They are very good and competent. I recommended that agency to everyone because is one which you can trust.

When we sold our property there were some issues with the new place we were purchasing so we turned to LentinSmith for help. They turned round our application in really fast time and we moved in to our rented property within a couple of weeks. The LentinSmith team have been great supporting with our queries and issues to make renting as stress free as possible.
