I can't praise Matthew and team enough. They were caring, sensitive and got our family's sense of humour. I chose them because they appeared less traditional than others. It was the perfect celebration for our lovely dad and I believe will really help us especially his grandchildren.

As it became clear that we were in my dad's final few weeks I took a look at Full Circle's website and thought it promised more flexibility than traditional funeral services. When the end came for my dad, my first contact with Full Circle was treated with kindness and efficiency, which followed through every subsequent stage. Jodie patiently talked us through the necessary process and let us work out what we thought would be suitable, based on dad's personality and his last wishes. The flexibility we'd hoped for was what we experienced, rather than being led by convention we were able to do what felt right. At such a difficult time you need a combination of kindness, unbiased advice and professionalism - we got all of that from Full Circle.

I had the opportunity to take a look around the Full Circle Funerals parlour with a few of my colleagues. We were shown where they talk to the families they are caring for and showed us the different types of coffins you could choose from as well as a few other areas. They talked us through the most environmentally friendly materials and what would work best for the type of funeral you wanted. The staff there were wonderful and made sure we were okay if any sensitive topics came up. Will definitely recommend them to future clients if they need help with their funeral plans!
