Maria was exceptional throughout – her warmth, patience, and genuine kindness and support made a very difficult time so much easier. The celebrant, Caroline, was a huge source of strength and support for me personally. She guided me with kindness and sensitivity, and her words on the day captured my dad perfectly. Every part of the process was handled impeccably. Nothing was too much trouble, and the service itself was beautiful – a true reflection of the man we were there to honour.
