From the moment I called up, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about sorting the issue as fast as possible. It’s rare these days to find a garage that’s this honest and dependable — they explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge. Very helpful and lovely lady at the reception. I had a car puncture on Sunday so I was struggling to find places that would do a repair. I walked in on an off chance and they got me sorted straight away no hesitation which was done very quickly for a good price. Was given free coffee and biscuits whilst I waited and even left me a tin of sweets. Will be coming back in the future.

Extremely professional from start to finish. First port of call reception.....a most delightful and helpful young lady through to the mechanic. I was kept updated throughout by Simon who was working on my car. It was just so reassuring as a lady driver not to hear sharp intakes of breath, nods of heads and tuts.....thank you all at carmaster for your help. Merry xmas

Great service ! I booked an 8am appointment and I was able to drop my car off at 7.30 and then received a call just after 9 to confirm the MOT was complete. Amazing. Lovely lady in reception making sure your needs are met .

Great professional speedy service. Great response to what was a bit of a task. Replace timing belt (Wetbelt system). Most garages I asked wouldn't touch it, finished the job a day quicker than expected too, and was cheaper than original quote. Can highly recommend this company, pity it isn't nearer or Id be back for regular service too.
