Amazing service today. I hit a pothole driving to Harrogate from Newcastle. Called in and they couldnt have done more. Diagnosed the issue within minutes from a quick drive just by listening. Broken suspension spring. Up on the ramp and sure enough it had broken in two. Organised a new one from Thirsk fitted that day. Car back by 4pm for when my meeting finished and back on the road. Also couldnt believe the price. Great value. Lovely people highly highly highly recommend. I will even call in just to say hello next time I pass by. If you are local and this is not your garage it should be. Google them and book your next service with them. I promise you will not be disappointed

I was recommended this garage, and as expected was slightly apprehensive but need not have been. Their service was exceptional, their customer care and feedback brilliant. I am now a convert. Not only did they test drive the car to diagnose the fault, but with true professionalism, managed to fix the problem, further testing the vehicle on the road to make sure all matters were correct before charging me too little! (Made a donation to their tea and biscuit fund!) I will not be going elsewhere unless forced through circumstance.

I'd never used Pratt's before today but absolutely delighted with the service; car sorted in only a few hours and for an unbelievably fair price! Prompt, professional and thorough; I can't recommend them enough.
