Allertons Harrogate

Had an appointment with Nazreem - waxing. She was very professional, extremely gentle and made the whole process easy, painless and provided advice on how to do the follow on process. Highly recommend.

I’ve an appointment booked for today (NYE) since the end of November, but arrived at the salon this afternoon to find it has closed. No signage, so called & was diverted to the Leeds salon, who informed me Harrogate is closed for the foreseeable for supposed refurbishment - very disappointing that nobody contacted me to cancel/reschedule my appointment, having traipsed there in the rain & planned a treat ahead of a party this evening. Appalling customer service & shall be finding another salon.

I’ve been here a couple of times now for Lauren to cut my hair, she’s always lovely and makes you feel at ease. The salon is a very relaxed, clean and inviting place to go. She does an incredible job, I always leave feeling my hair is fabulous and I couldn’t recommend Allertons more highly. I like to ask questions on how better to look after my hair (which I dye a lot) and she’s happy to give professional advice. I book on the Treatwell app and can pay in advance, it’s so easy to use.

I haven’t been to a salon in years and decided to give Allertons a try. The salon itself has a beautiful interior with a great layout. Jess did the most incredible job on my hair despite it being a nightmare job, needing some serious colour correcting. She took a huge chunk out of her day to get it perfect for me and I could not be happier with the end results! It was exactly what I wanted. She also did a fantastic job on my cut as well, adding framing around my face, which I love! I’ve already booked my next appointment in and I can’t wait for Jess to look after my hair from now on. She is extremely talented!
