Stephen did a wonderful job of making my hair look 1,000,000 times better and making me feel much happier. I am skint and have been neglecting myself for ages, we had a really good talk about what I wanted and how I could keep the cost down and I am so pleased with the results (and the bill was cheaper than I expected). My appointment was at 11 I initially went in for a cut and half a head of highlights. It took from 11 until 3.30 to do the highlights . I ended up leaving without a cut! The whole experience was painful and the owner was rude . Not to mention that most of my salon experience was spent either me being left in the chair between highlights so she could answer the phone and do patch tests etc ! Not proffesional whatsoever ever. On initial booking of my appointment, I was told cut and highlights £80 I was still however charged that amount even tho no cut took place! Will not be returning

I can’t recommend this hairdressers enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff are so friendly and welcoming — they really make you feel right at home. They take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you’re comfortable throughout. The head massages are absolutely wonderful and add such a nice, relaxing touch to the whole experience. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, confident, and looking my best. It’s always such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been having my hair done by Stephen 3 years how and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Right from when you walk through the door you receive a warm welcome from all the team. Always friendly chat and banter. Stephen always does an excellent job and give some really good suggestions if a fancy a change in hairstyles.
