A few years ago I was looking for a new hairdresser. I thought I had made an appointment with my friend’s stylist but had mistakenly booked at a completely different salon! Turns out, it was the best mistake I’ve ever made! At Harrogate Hair Studio, you are always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. Nicola is a lovely person and a talented hairdresser, who always knows just how to tame my thick, curly locks! It has been 4 years since my first haircut with Nicola, and she is no longer just my hairdresser but a friend too. Claire Oates
Nicola has coloured and cut my hair for over 4 years now and always does an excellent job. She always takes the time to listen to what I want and advises on the best thing for my hair :)
My wife and daughter visited to have their hair done prior to a wedding. Their timekeeping was so bad that they made us late for the start. 2.5 hours to complete. My daughter's curls fell out by the end of the appointment and was redone only to fall out within an hour of leaving the salon. My wife's comment was that she wished she bought her own curlers and she made a big mistake by choosing this salon. During the appointment, the hairdresser was describing how she has messed up another customer's hair the previous evening which didn't inspire any confidence. A really poor job which was not completed in a timely way despite us being clear cost £50.
Nicola and her team are fab, good customer service felt really comfortable and at ease my hair was fabulous on leaving. Would highly recommend Harrogate Hair studio. Managed to squeeze me in last minute.
Love this place!!! I tried so many salons before I found Nicola, who completely gets my curly mop! I love the whole experience, as does my equally curly haired little girl! Would never go anywhere else xxx
