Went in this evening after my son had a really bad haircut the night before and I was struggling to get it fixed at short notice. Simone, the owner, was brilliant and completely fixed it. Both Simone and Sam were incredibly friendly and reassuring, wouldn’t take any payment, and even offered a hair product to take home. Really kind, professional service. Highly recommend.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin — she performed an absolute miracle. After box-dyeing my hair and then having another salon attempt to strip it (which left me bright ginger), my confidence was at an all-time low. For the past four weeks I’ve felt so upset about my hair, and after thinking I was finally going to get it fixed, another salon only made it worse. From my consultation to my appointment today, I was treated with such care, honesty, and professionalism. This stylist truly saved my hair — and I mean that in every sense. I have never felt better walking out of a salon. She doesn’t even realise the impact she’s had, not just on my hair but on my confidence as well. I am beyond grateful and honestly couldn’t thank her enough. I will never go anywhere else now that I’ve found her! If you’re nervous, struggling with a hair disaster, or just want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing — this is the place. Thank you so, so much 🤍

Sam was wonderful and very caring towards me after I’ve just had an eye operation - she was extremely careful to not let any product/ water get anywhere near to the eye area, and washed, massaged and styled my hair beautifully - I will definitely be booking my colour with her very soon - thank you for welcoming me to Kin & Co xxx
