Booked an appointment to do a keratine treatment .But the staff member doesn't wanted to touch my hair atleast and started to explain why I don't need keratine treatment .What I felt was she doesn't want to treat me well due to unknown reason but assumed I am from another country ,Because she treated and spoke well with the previous customer who is native.She sold 2 shampoo and conditioner instead of doing my hair which made my hair dry and itchy scalp.The lady doesn't wanted to refund or exchange even it appears an allergy and either shampoo company didn't reply me.very unprofessional and scare to visit them again.
I kept hearing great recommendations for Meraki and decided to give them a try after a bad haircut at a different salon. I was not disappointed. Sarah did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. She and the others in Meraki are friendly and kind. I will definitely continue to go there.
I don't usually do reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I have just had my hair done by Sarah the owner and I am absolutely over the moon with it. The salon is super luxury and extremely clean. They have a fab menu with drinks on that you can have whilst your there which I thought was a lovely little touch (the biscuits were incredible too). From start to finish, I was well looked after, very friendly staff and couldn't have asked any more. Would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back.
Really relaxed and enjoyable experience in the salon, everyone is so friendly and calm. Lily understood exactly what I wanted done and did a lovely job of washing, blow drying and then adding waves to my hair. Coffee and head massage an added bonus, and all done in 45 mins. Thank you!
I have just spent a lovely, relaxing few hours with the ladies at Meraki Harrogate. The service was fantastic and I'm so very happy with the colour and KeraStraight treatment done by Rebecca and the awesome Lily support crew. 🥰 I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
