I’m elated with a new hairstyle l got from the French Reception in Harrogate. I was looking for a top hairdressing salon and l was glad to be able to secure an appointment there, today with Alina. It was the best haircut in a very long time, l ever had. My hair was beautifully crafted with care, confident and grace (as l had wanted when l showed Alina, the ideas on Pinterest). She understood my hair and knew what would work. The service was excellent as they were attentive & joyful; & l was well looked after. I also enjoyed the music & delicious Yorkshire tea. I wish this salon is local to me. l hope to be back there again even though l live in London.

I had my hair cut for the first time at The French Reception today with Georgia. Really pleased with the result; it is exactly what I wanted. All the girls in the salon were really friendly & there is a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will be back.

Can't recommend this salon enough. My appointment clashed with another commitment and staff went out of their way to still accommodate my booking the same day. Staff were warm, professional and attentive. Georgia was lovely and did an outstanding job of my balayage. My hair looks the best it has in years and I've had lots of feedback from friends and family who are in agreement. The colours are perfect and it feels amazing. Salon is beautifully designed and had a relaxed vibe so I was able to switch off and feel really pampered. Kelly and Alina dried my hair in elegant beach waves. Good value for money and not as expensive as I've found other Harrogate salons to be.
