Been with this company for a number of years with no problems at renewal. This year however was sent the renewal quote to apply on line .When trying I was told the quote was an error and the renewal price would be almost 1/3rd higher than the original quote As it was their mistake and my time had been wasted on trying to renew and on 2 phone calls enquiries I expected that they would do something regarding the cost. I got a total blank from the agent and basically was given a take it or leave it approach. Very poor service to a loyal customer so beware if you are a new one.
Good price and cover. I have not had the need to make any claim so can not comment on support
