Called A-Plan after my friend had a good experience with a lady called Natalie from another branch, I initially called to speak to her but got put through to the Harrogate branch as they were closest and I couldn't be happier with the service. I had a complicated situation with two cars at two different address's and different names drivers on each but they still managed to get me a multi policy discount with legal and breakdown insurance included with the price - and for £10 per policy more expensive than what I was spending - I think that's great value for money.. No call centres - get to speak to the same real human every time - they actually remember you and ask you how you are doing. Much more personal and professional. Delighted I no longer have to waste hours online finding a good price

I used them to insure my car after taking over previous company clients. They said if I had family members who needed insurance, they'd look after them too. True to word elderly parents are now insured with them. Beat comparison sites on price and an excellent customer service received. Would highly recommend giving them a try for all insurance needs.

I have just insured my Hot rod and Modified Golf with A-Plan and it was one of the easiest transactions ive ever had. I hate the yearly insurance call around dealing with people who don't care, or insurers who will give you silly quotes as they don't want to take on the weird and wonderful. I spoke with Kerrie and Ben who not only offered me an incredible deal on both cars, but were polite, friendly and really easy going. coming from a customer service background, A+ service from their team. I cannot recommend these guys enough if you have modified, classic or Hot Rods. Extremely happy with the Honest service provided, and highly recommend giving them a call for reasonable insurance costs.

Generally excellent to deal with. Insured my home and two cars with them so far. Particularly good for insuring my modified Mustang. Lots of owners club members use them for that reason. They seem to understand more specialist cars and modifications better than the mainstream insurers, and its good to be able to actually speak to someone. Very competitive pricing, and they make an effort to beat other insurers, whilst offering better cover. Would have given 5 stars but tried to insure my wife's car this week without success. Was supposed to be called back, allowing them a couple of days to try and find me a competitive price due to modifications. Never received the call so went elsewhere.

Very impressed so far, Adam turned around a complicated and detailed quote in under 24 hours at a really competitive price when various other insurers hadn’t. He called back when he said he would and explained things (including any admin charges which may occur in the future) clearly and concisely. Very professional service to date and I would happily recommend this brokerage to others (Adam in particular) Thank you ⭐️
